Yellow Honey Cattura
From Costa Rica, this "Honey processed" coffee, also known as pulped natural processing combines the washed processing with natural processing and leaves the fruit or mucillage on the bean during the drying stage . As a result, the the drying fruit imparts flavor to the beans. The more mucilage (fruit) left on the husk the more fruit penetration can be tasted. The resultant cup is one that is flavorful, balanced, silky and smooth but which may vary from crop to crop.
